Q: What type of tank monitor does SSA work with?
A: SSA can communicate with almost any modern tank gauge and any tank guage that supports the Veeder Root 250 protocol.

Q: What type of connection is needed to connect to my tank monitor?
A: We support only IP connections over the internet.  In order to use the service, you must have a broadband connection at your location to be serviced.  We will work with you or your IT vendor to setup your router to pass data to the tank monitor.  The tank monitor itself will need to have either a free serial connection or an existing network connection.  We can supply any needed components to get your tank monitor on the network.  We will also work with your current petroleum servicer if any complicated installation is required.

Q: Is my data safe when on your servers?
A: We have multiple backups of our key servers including mirrored real time servers.  In the event of a power failure, all servers are on battery back ups until the generators automatically engage.
